  11. Can anyone explain to me some sort of process for converting a video in 
  12. PAL format to NTSC?  A friend of mine (here in Canada) told me where he 
  13. lives there are a lot of people who have friends/family over in Europe, 
  14. and they like to send their home videos over here, where we have the NTSC 
  15. format.  Is there any method where the Amiga is used (that can view both 
  16. NTSC and PAL screen modes) to help in this transfer?  Or, is some special 
  17. PAL VCR needed?

  20. Amiga.
